The products sold on BrandixIT are all 100% original, purchased directly from the brands, licensees or official distributors. We personally verify the authenticity and provenance of each product.
Which countries do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipments depends on the weight and volume of the package, the destination country and the type of courier. BrandixiT currently ships to Europe, USA and Canada.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
The return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. BrandixIT is responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.
How should I prepare the package for my return?
Place the product in its original packaging (both the manufacturer’s packaging and the packaging the item(s) arrived in, remove any old shipping labels, place the print-out of the return authorization that you received via email inside the package.
